Mind of Steel helps you develop a strong mindset. With the first-annual 2019 Challenge, learn how to become better, stronger, and more dedicated.
This is the first annual Mind of Steel Challenge so it took us more time to set it up.
That’s why this year Challenge starts with February 🙂
Before you can change yourself for the better, you need to know what you need to change.
Everything starts with a proper foundation. This month, you will analyze yourself, identify your strengths and weaknesses, then set goals to improve and reach your goals.
All future habits will be built on this new personality.
The more energy you spend on repetitive tasks, the less time you have for more important things.
Building routines will help you free your mind for making important decisions every day. This will also help you develop discipline and confidence by comitting to something — then doing it every day.
This month, you will focus on making small changes to your life. Over time, they will compound into big changes.
Your mindset does not exist in a vacuum.
If you do not take care of your health, you will be more prone to procrastination, negative thinking, and depressive moods.
Lack of sleep, no exercise, and substance abuse can heavily impact your mind. That’s why, this month, you will tackle all of them.
Try new things
Everything outside of your comfort zone is scary.
So this month, your limits will be tested in various situations. First small, then significantly bigger ways.
The more you explore new things and embrace new ideas, the less scary they seem and you feel more confident as a result.
Failure is not an option. It’s a requirement.
If you never fail, you can never learn, so you can never improve and become better. This month’s challenges will force you to break the fear of failure.
You will need to fail on purpose in order to learn from your failure. The more you properly fail, the faster you improve.
